• U.S. Figure Skating published the Team Envelopes for the 2023-24 Season (funding based primarily on last season’s national & international results) on July 1:

• Kelsey Parker Gislason, a longtime supporter of the late John Coughlin, is removed from "any athlete-facing role" with U.S. Figure Skating. She also issued an apology.
