Sarah Boyd is a writer, child and adolescent development expert, and founder of educational company 'Resilient Little Hearts'. We discuss her new book is Turn Down the Noise: A practical guide to building an emotionally healthy family in a chronically overstimulated world. 

Sarah holds a Masters degree in Educational Psychology and a Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership. A native Australian, who lived in California with her husband and two children has moved back to Austraila.As she says now her heart has two homes, Austraila and California.
