On the latest episode, I sit down with Brian Trujillo, co-owner of Top Notch Productions(TNPAV). An Arizona-based audio/visual company. They also partner with Titan Event Technologies.
I've known Brian for almost a decade and his passion for live event production is unquestionable. He has done a great job of surrounding himself with like-minded individuals and become a household name in Phoenix/East Valley sound engineering circles.
Brian's self-motivated approach to every business endeavor inspires me very much. Which is why this one was such a pleasure for me. Especially, the fact that his current business, TNP, started off as "Top Notch Production Tees". A t-shirt business. I love that because most of us see a person/business' success as linear. When in fact, it is very much the opposite.
