PTSD from a clinical & coaching viewpoint with GUEST, Lena Suarez-Angelino, LCSW

In this week’s episode, I sat down with my very first guest (virtually of course ;)) to discuss PTSD. Lena Suarez-Angelino is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a self-mastery coach, occupational therapy practitioner, and someone who discusses deep topics on the podcast, I felt it was my responsibility to have this discussion alongside a clinician. Mental health is very important & I wanted you to know there are multiple supports to help you through. The end goal is our client’s well-being & finding the right services/strategies based on their needs. We discussed some of the different ways we address PTSD in our roles.
