Episode 10: Haili's Legit Health Journey

Hey ladies! 

I am opening up a lot about my health journey! I haven't shared my experience with my health and body in a long time. But I felt like it was time to open up about it again because it's something that has been a huge part of my life since having both of my kids.

I take you back to middle school and how my thoughts around my body and confidence started young and have evolved and changed a lot over the years.

I chat about when I found out I had PCOS, my body changing after kids, and learning how to love myself no matter the size of my jeans.

This is one of my most important episodes so far because I really want you ladies to know you are worth so much more than a number or your body.
