Dr Rolf Gomes remortgaged his home to start Heart of Australia. Now, 400 lives have been saved.
He is a Queensland nominee for Australian of the Year 2021. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and is the Founding Father of Heart of Australia.
