Loyd Auerbach, parapsychologist and "Professor Paranormal" with over 40 years of expertise and investigations

For this "Spooky Season" episode, Juan sits down with world-renowned paranormal expert and parapsychologist Loyd Auerbach, who shares his thoughts on ghost hunting shows, the stigma surrounding parapsychology, and how a scientific approach can bring us closer to learning what's on the other side.

Loyd Auerbach has had thousands of media appearances - such as ABC's The View and CNN's Larry King Live - for his 43 years of investigating the paranormal and over 40 years teaching courses in Parapsychology. He is Director of the Office of Paranormal Investigations, President of the Forever Family Foundation, an Adjunct Professor at Atlantic University, and is on the Board of Directors of the Rhine Research Center, where he teaches online Parapsychology courses through their Education Center. He’s the author/co-author of 10 books on the paranormal, including ESP Wars: East & West, Psychic Dreaming, and ESP, Hauntings and Poltergeists: A Parapsychologist’s Handbook. He is also co-author of the paranormal mystery novel Near Death (which has a sequel coming out befoer the end of the year). He’s also a professional mentalist and Past President of the Psychic Entertainers Association, performing as Professor Paranormal. He's also an occasional chocolatier. You can currently see him in episodes of The UnXplained or Surviving Death on Netflix.
