Mentorship

Pastor Walt thinks out loud about mentorship. Wisdom can be attained from older Christians, and older Christians need to grow in wisdom. Older women need to mentor younger women, and older men need to mentor younger men. Everyone in the church is to be a disciple, to stop just drinking it in and start being a teacher. We are to walk in Jesus’ steps. The church needs to lift up their eyes and be aware of who needs mentoring. We are to learn how to mentor and who to mentor.
