Today we’re thinking about the new year – not having to be a new you but still setting intentions and reflections heading into 2023 with our first-ever returning guest, Coach G! Gillian Macgregor-Spur helps people at any level of fitness to achieve their running goals while having fun, building belief in themselves and take the stress off their shoulders. She was inspired to begin running. In an outstanding first year of running that included 5K, 10K, and a half-marathon, she fell in love and soon after started helping others. Eventually, Gillian's love of running blossomed into full-time entrepreneurship as a certified running and nutrition coach helping others on their own journeys.
