4x1 national record, NCAA II titles, Diamond League wins ... it's all happening!

Our speedy girls have once again dropped another 4x1 record, we get the first of our Tiaan v Eddie match ups in Aussie, we have two NCAA II champs, Sam Tanner crushes in Eugene, Tom throws over 22m in Poland, and heaps more.

This is just a short show to bring everyone up to speed with the news before we dive into the deep end that is all the action to come from the Oceania Champs (7-11 June).
