Today we chat with fellow men's group worker, published author, motivational speaker and body worker Tony Rezac. You'll be hard pressed to find another individual with more passion around helping elevate the frequency of men in todays society! In the late 80s, it was becoming clear that men, especially young men, weren’t showing up in the world the way that men traditionally would. There was no defining moment where a boy was made to acknowledge the end of his childhood and the beginning of his manhood and the responsibilities that come with it. Instead, men could spend decades being dragged around by their emotions, hurting themselves and their families and even their communities. The mankind project was formed to address this by creating powerful opportunities for men and boys to cross the threshold into a more mature masculinity.

Tony hosts his own podcast show called Basecamp For Men, where he and his guests talk about healthy masculinity, consciousness and myth, extraterrestrials, and deep discussions on some of the narratives out there that are shaping, or trying to shape our future, for better or worse.
