To me, Sean is somewhat of a legend in the small but strong physician entrepreneur network. He batched all of his vacation time together as a third year medical student and went full-out working on consulting and implementation projects for EMR's. After making enough money to convince him that he could do this full-time, he decided not to apply for the match. He has been a full-time entrepreneur ever since.
