In today's episode, we talk about being intentional with everything we do. It is a complete Yes to the moment we're in and feel the fullness of the moment.
When we notice our minds are spinning off on something that happened in the past or worried will happen, we can feel it. There's a little detachment from our being - our life force is being held hostage by a fantasy - what's not happening.
Our life force is our presence. Noticing is key. Once we're aware, we've taken command of our life force again. 
We can zero back to present and use the breath, our tactile experience, and present perception to celebrate the life we're actually living this moment.
We're intentional in our presence.
We can use intentionality in our thinking as well. Not only in deciding upfront that we want to see through the eyes of love but in redirecting out thinking when we notice we're spinning off in what's not happening. We intend to relax into the moment, presence ourselves, and have an honest conversation with ourselves - Accept what's already happened and let go of what isn't serving our state of joy and peace. If we need to make corrections, we can do that from an honest place of accountability, not manipulation. 
We discuss are we apologizing and pose the intention to notice if we're apologizing when we mess-up or are we apologizing for just being ourselves? What does that teach us? Can we intend to use those moments to zero back to our inner being and my conscious contact with the love we are and the joy for living that is our birthright? Yes!
I intend to live a yummy life!
