In this episode, we discuss what the motivation is behind what we're doing. Is there an agenda driving our activity? Are we falling into habitual patterns that tell us that this activity is for the purpose of the agenda that is in an imagined future?
Or a story we believe that some acquisition, be it achievement, status, acknowledgment or whatever, will be better than this moment - that there is something we can add to ourselves somewhere in the future that will make us better, happier, at peace?
What is this compulsion to get rid of skip past the actuality of our current experience and mentally contract around an imagined 'better experience' - and believe that the imagined destination will give us something we don't have now?
Yet now is the only time there really is. And here is the only place we can be.

Can we ease back into the actually of life happening now - the actuality of walking to feel our feet touching the ground and being an open invitation to the awe of life all around us inviting us to dance with this moment, now, and be touched by it and expanded into a deeper awareness that 'this' is enough?
Can we look directly into motive and see the elusive nature of the story trying to take us out of our current experience - then soften to the moment and feel into the pulse of life here, now?
Check it for yourself. Maybe what you're avoiding isn't what you imagine. Can we see it as an invitation to slow down, pause, and let go of agenda and feel into what is...
The invitation this week is to do what we're doing for the sake of doing it - to listen for the sake of listening - to be with life, fully present to what is - for the sake of being awake to the aliveness of our experience.
