Let’s talk about guests.. visitors.. people who are coming to your program for the first time. Maybe they are there for Easter, coming with a friend, or just moved to town and googled your church and showed up. It is so important that they will have a good experience when they visit.

Here’s a few tips that we keep in mind when it comes to guests. How can we create a better experience for someone as they get out of their car, until the service starts?
