Jo and I are collaborating with Durga Stef on our upcoming Yoga retreat in Mexico. In this podcast we talked about our vision for this retreat. We also talked about our teacher Ram Dass as he is the reason that we met Durga Stef. Durga also shared intimately about the balance between running a studio in Mexico City, Sadhana and family life.
