Ep 37 - Andrew Scheffer - Spirituality in the Business World

Andrew Scheffer has the unique distinction of being born in New York, educated at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, and has traveled the world training with leading self-help teachers over the course of 30+ years of his life, including (over 10,000 hours) in silent intensive meditation retreats.

But Andrew didn't leave his practice in the retreat centers. He took what he learned there and applied it to the high-pressure work environments and family situations that most of us experience daily at work and at home in relationships and while parenting.

Since 2001, he has coached executives, entrepreneurs, health care workers, students, and even spouses seeking a higher level solution for anxiety, stress, and the frustration of everyday struggles that we all face in today's world. Andrew helps people develop their own strengths of mind to find the answers they need within themselves.
