We recognise that there's a war coming between humans, whales and octopuses/squid. So we watched Octopus, a straight-to-TV movie from 2000, to see what we can learn about how to fight our tentacled opponents.  It's a great film if you love accent work, nuanced sexual politics, a flattering portrayal of the CIA, cruise liner discos, improv and massive octopuses (well, one massive octopus).
