I know, I know, this was supposed to be about coaches and coaching but I got carried away bragging about my own meager athletic achievements. I do talk about the coaches who I remember from my own days as an athlete but I went off on some tangents and never got to the present day and Damian stuff. I will, however, finish this off next week, I promise!
