In this episode, we discuss the recent ATF final ruling regarding braced pistols and how they are required to be registered as short barreled rifles within the next 120 days. There has just been a bill introduced to block this ruling. IL has also recently banned "assault weapons" along with 8 other states. All of these are the result of democratic run states and the ATF who does not have the power to make law. Let's hope the courts will rule all of these anti-2nd amendment issues unconstitutional!
