Definition:
1. return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength: 2.  find or regain possession of something stolen or lost:  3. remove or extract an energy source or industrial chemical for use, reuse, or waste treatment:

Scripture:
Luke 4: 18-19:   "
The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.

Deuteronomy 28:31: "Thine ox shall be slaughtered before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof; thine ass shall be snatched away from before thy face, and shall not return to thee; thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to recover them."

"Only those who have something to lose can "recover" what was lost."  W.O.W!

Think about it!  Unless you have good health, or you rent, or own a house, or a car, it is not yours to recover if it is lost, destroyed, or stolen. What is there to be recovered, if you have no possessions? you are unemployed? or if you have no family? The "haves" can recover. The "have-nots," have nothing to recover......
