It takes the population about three to four months to catch up to where the market is, and so sellers are just starting to understand that we can't live the way we used to where it would be a feeding frenzy. The reality is, we're moving into a market that is more the way it used to be, when homes don't sell in a weekend. It may take a couple of weeks and you're going to have to be more strategic about pricing and your placement in the market."
