This episode is about the practice of centering yourself, the practice of finding calm when the world around you is chaotic.

Episode 36 was inspired by the amazing Leo Babauta from his website Zen Habits. 

Our lives are frequently turbulent and chaotic. We can become disorganised, overwhelmed, or confronted by unexpected events. We can feel like ships in the middle of a storm being tossed around by the sea. And this can cause us to shut down or become anxious... Alternatively, we can simply sit in peace with the chaos.

The practice of becoming centered is a way to find peace within the chaos that might be surrounding us. It’s about being “in check” with what’s going on. Individuals who are centered are typically calm and peaceful.

This episode provides a simple technique to become centred.
