In today's episode, Alex Comstock and Jeremy Lopez are joined by Joe Kavanaugh. Joe is a die-hard bowhunter from Brainerd, MN and currently lives in the Rocky Mountain state of Colorado. Joe cut his teeth in the whitetail woods and eventually became a successful western bowhunter. The guys dive into Joe's recent bowhunting adventures, including the story of a giant Shiras moose he tagged this year, closing in on completing the Colorado Big Nine with a bow (elk, antelope, moose, mountain goat, bighorn sheep, black bear, mule deer, whitetail deer, and mountain lion), trucking camping 101, the upbringing of a die-hard bowhunter, becoming selective on animals, owning the kill, adapting to seasons of life, and arrow performance on big game.
