In Like chapters 5-7 Jesus begins public miracles and public teaching. He chooses his disciples, catches fish, heals the ill and even raises a life. He preaches great lessons, shares the Beatitudes, and shows what it means to be defiant in the name of love.
Questions to think about:
-Are there boundaries that you have set for loving others that Jesus would challenge you to break down?
- what does it mean to love boldly, even if it risks critism or misunderstanding?
- Jesus’ love was always active. How can you love someone this week in a way that reflects His way- without seeking recognition or worrying how it might make you appear to this world?
-Who in your life might need a reminder that they are loved by God? How can you be the one to deliver that message?
