Although I will always champion the healing power of food. Food is not the only way  you nourish yourself.

Food is not only what you eat and drink; it's also  what you watch, what you listen to and read, who you spend your time with and your narrative (the stories you tell yourself). 

It's everything that you feed yourself whether it be emotionally, physically or spiritually.

When you are on a wellness journey, it is important to look at all of the things that contribute to or undermine your health.
