Phil examines how Jesus as hero steps out of Celebrity into many years of obscurity before stepping up to his call. Just as with all of creation, He then leaves the task to his progeny.
Hero's are meant to step out of obscurity into celebrity, then return back into obscurity. We are not meant to live our lives on the crest of a wave but to grow through seasons of celebrity followed by obscure and quiet influence.
