Believe: Father By Phil Stokes 04 - 02 - 2018

Phil shared on some of the background to the Nicene Creed and why it is of great value to the church. He closed with the story of the Prodigal Son, bringing home the shocking nature of Jesus' depiction of a God who would embrace such a wastrel. We are never too far from God, and if we will only turn our face from the dirt and turn our feet towards him, he will cover the distance and embrace us, restoring our dignity and identity as sons of a generous and wealthy Father.
