Hobbies are dying and that’s wrong. As children, we played, imagined, built, roamed, created and dreamed freely and without expectation. We need to reconnect with doing things simply for the sake of loving to do them. Find your dinosaur. Hike, build legos, woodwork, sew, knit, write, read, draw, sculpt. Do things that take you out of your everyday life in order to cultivate a better you.
