Detroit in Black and White: A Fitness Club That Addresses PTSD

Hosts Adolph Mongo and veteran journalist Allan Lengel and special co-host, ex-Trenton Police Chief Jim Nardone talk with John Beaudrie and Eric Negus from Victory Gym VHC, a nonprofit health club Downriver in Brownstown that caters to veterans and first responders.

They talk about all the club's offerings including sessions for those suffering from PTSD.

The hosts also talk to Detroit Ombudsman Bruce Simpson and Dr. Pamela Pugh, president of the State Board of Education, who is running for U.S. Senate.
