Four years ago, Kiska, along with many other political watchers were suprised by the strong turnout for Donald Trump in Michigan, and the weak turnout for his opponent Hillary Clinton. With many Democrats uneasy about any lead, and Republicans confident that a repeat of 2016 is on the way, what's going on with the polling data this year, and at what point could we potentially be able to declare a winner here in Michigan?
