An Affordable Housing Project Breaks Ground - In Midtown?!?! A conversation on Detroit Development with Don Rencher

Craig's guest is Donald Rencher, Director of the City of Detroit's Housing and Revitalization Department.  The two discuss a new development project Develop Detroit that broke ground last week.  The $36.3 million development project includes a large percentage of affordable housing, including some set aside specifically for formerly homeless veterans.  The two also discuss how the city is trying to preserve affordable housing as more neighborhoods attract new investment in Detroit.
