Perry is a U. S. Air Force Airman and personal trainer with vast knowledge in physical health- nutrition, exercise science, physical therapy, and bodybuilding.

We chat about how his knowledge and experiences in performance training contribute to his mental fitness and the relationship physical health and nutrition have with your mental health.  Perry also shares how being deployed during covid has affected his mental health, the counseling support available by the Air Force, and the challenges that came with his transition back into life as a student of physical therapy.
