Adapting to Unexpected Situations: A Conversation with Joe Kastrinakis

In this episode of "The Way Up Podcast with Geoff Knoll", Geoff interviews Joe Kastrinakis, a husband, father, real estate agent, and Army Veteran. Joe shares his experience of adapting to unexpected situations, particularly in light of his youngest son's autism diagnosis. He talks about the importance of being willing to reach out for help from organizations that have done extensive research on the diagnosis and how that has helped his family. Joe also emphasizes the value of intentionally putting oneself in a situation of struggle, repeatedly, to make it less stressful over time, rather than avoiding it altogether.
