1️⃣ Set an Intention: Choose ONE focus for your session. Example: “I’m going to refine my squat depth and stay stable through my midfoot.”
2️⃣ Master Your Form: Pick 1-2 key technical cues per movement. Quality > quantity.
3️⃣ Flirt with Failure: Take a lift to technical failure (on free weights) and one to absolute failure (on a machine). See what’s possible!
