Equanimity isn’t so mysterious….All we have to do, to be more equanimous, is give up our preferences, biases, and prejudices; our resignation and cynicism.

Simple! And as usual, not easy. But at least we know what we’re working with: this challenging human mind. And the challenging lawyer’s mind. As always.

And as always, its brilliance, its malleability, and its compassion.
