In this episode we sit down with two leading figures in Norwegian rugby. First, we hear from a trailblazer who was thrown into the sport headfirst—tasked with not only starting her own team but coaching it too. She shares her incredible journey from discovering rugby to representing Norway at the highest level, all while competing for her country in more than one sport (including a surprising one you won’t expect!). We’re also joined by our good friend of the pod, Rugby Idar, who talks us through his call-up to the national team and his mission to help grow rugby across Norway.
