Today’s guest is Christopher McAuliffe, CEO and founder of Accomplishment Coaching, an international coach training program with locations across the United States and Asia. He is also a two-term past President of the San Diego Professional Coaches’ Alliance.

As a graduate and current mentor coach with Accomplishment Coaching, I feel particularly excited about this conversation. I know in my heart the truth and power of coaching, and in this week’s episode, we look at the essence and nature of coaching itself for others to enjoy and even pique their curiosity.

You’ll hear us discuss the importance of coaches delivering kind, clear communication and digging deep relationally. Great coaching is not telling someone what to do – it is a reflection with nothing that obscures or veers in a certain direction. As coaches, we are called to be of service to others, to give them, and us, the context of leadership and brilliance.

We’re exploring:

  • How come training is important in coaching
  • Being willing to say the bold things without attachment
  • How and why clarity is kind
  • How people we don’t like have the biggest gifts for us
  • What is coaching, really…?
  • And where did the reverence go?
  • Separating self and ego to have an open connection
  • How it’s ultimately about being of service (and why that supports us!)
  • And SO MUCH MORE!
