In this episode, I share about one of my favorite somatic practices to release and integrate stress and trauma from the body; TRE or Trauma Release Exercises.

TRE is a somatic technique that helps you reconnect with your body's natural ability to process stress and traumatic events and restore vitality and resiliency. Developed by trauma expert Dr. David Berceli, it's been used by people globally to process trauma and care for the nervous system. 

TRE was an integral part of my own healing journey and something I still use daily for self-care and nervous system regulation. I became a certified provider in 2018 and use it in my practice as a holistic sexuality coach.
