The true story of the 1975 Whitlam dismissal.

On the steps of Parliament House in Canberra, Australia in 1975 the then Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam, was dismissed by the Governor General, Sir John Kerr. The event was broadcast, supposedly live, to the nation but just recently the recording of what was actually said has been found. This recording is the cleaned up, unedited version the public didn’t get to hear.
