Darwinism, Why governemts are killing it.

A British politician is considering banning alcohol on planes and at airports because 440 people have been arrested in the last 2 years out of the 250 million people that fly per year. A classic case of the general population having to suffer a reduction in their lifestyle because of a few boofheads. Why do governments penalise the masses with new rules and regulations for the behaviour of the few and why do the masses accept it so blindly?
