⛰️ How Families Change and Grow (and why it's so PAINFUL) (ft. brothers Kyle and Ryan Carnohan)

If you commit to a process of self-development, shouldn’t family be the first to accept “the new you”?  Shouldn’t they be the most happy with your change?  Unfortunately, it's the opposite of what happens. 

This is the question we explored with Kyle Carnohan and Ryan Carnohan in today's episode. 

When Kyle choose to completely change himself nearly 15 years ago, his brother Ryan hated it. It forced Ryan to look at his own choices and he didn’t like what he saw.

But over the next decade, Ryan and Kyle came back together. They spoke truth to each other. They raised each other up. And they build an army of super human fathers together. 

It wasn’t pretty. But it’s a beautiful story about the willingness of letting those we love change, even when it requires we step up as well.
