This episode of the podcast I am joined by one of the coolest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, Austin Riggin. Austin is the head coach at the Grind MMA Academy. The Grind MMA Academy is located in Canyon Texas and has been around since 2016 and teaches both kick boxing and jiu jitsu. I had a blast getting to talk with Austin on this episode and it was fun getting to know more about his gym as well as the fighters that call it home.
