Episode 29 - Strep Tease

In this episode I have strep throat so I keep it short. I talk about falling off track before the strep and the plan to refocus. I review being on a social media break and how it allows me to have more capacity in my brain for other activities. I also discuss how much discipline I am exercising on this break and why I am not able to apply that same principle to other aspects of my life.
