In this episode we talked about the holiday hangover, feeling down & changing your perspective in order to deal with tough times. Angel explains societies that homogenize the culture. We bounced around a little at first but we were really able to dig in to how changing your perspective controls how you react and deal with tough situations. We have more control over how react to life which makes us a lot more powerful than we think.
