Jeff Sherman is joined on the phone by Jeremy Solin from Tapped Maple Syrup to discuss the process of producing maple syrup, the difficulty of predicting when tapping trees begins.
– Jeff asks Jeremy about the difference made in their maple syrup and their relationship with tree and cocktail businesses.
