I had such a blast talking today with fellow mil spouse Kayla Lyon!
Kayla has such an interestingstory in that she was active duty navy for 6.5 years, her husband is also active duty.
We talk about the tough conversations and decision to get out of the military to start a family.
She shares her struggles with identity and bouncing from job to job until she found the right fit. I think we can all relate to that one!
Then we get into life coaching, what the heck is it? Is there a certification for it? What makes you qualified? Who needs it? And we take a deep dive into common struggles military spouses face and how Kayla can help.
