Psalm 32- Freedom is in the Light

Today we talk about how bringing things that are in the darkness of our souls into the light will bring us freedom! We were not meant to carry things inside of us by ourselves. Doing so impacts us in so many ways-including physically. I hope today you will be encouraged to look into the "well" of your heart, grab a metaphorical bucket, and acknowledge what might be sitting in the dark. God wants to redeem it!
