Dealing with Uncertainty through Spirituality with Lauren Ashley

Today, Alignment Coach and Mindset Queen, Lauren Ashley and I talk about dealing with uncertainty, doing things your own way, and connecting with the universe. We also discuss claiming a spiritual relationship outside (and within) the traditional way we were taught growing up. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, there is a lot of complexity and nuance to each person's relationship with spirituality, the universe, or the big G-word. I speak from my personal experience growing up in a Christian church, leaving, and finding a relationship with spirituality on my own.
