Africa has the youngest population in the world, with more than 400 million young people aged between the ages of 15 and 35 years.

70% of sub-Saharan Africa is under the age of 30.

Not only this, but with the advancements in trade, the boom in innovation capacity & efforts - possibility looms large!

Like anywhere else and anyone else, if we are going to embrace this transformation - we must let go of outdated perspectives about who and what we are or can do as Africa and grab hold of new ways of seeing, doing & being.

Meaning: When you are the first or only African in a room, but not use this as a chance to shut other Africans out, but to expand and create inclusion.
